Introduction

Well hello, everyone! So this is the first post on my new weight loss blog. I'm hoping this will help serve as a place where I can be honest, comfortable and just open up about my entire weight loss journey and all the struggles that can be associated with such a huge lifestyle change.  

Most of us will try to lose weight, fall off the waggon and get back on many times. I certainly have done it. But I think every time that happens, it makes you realize a bit more that being overweight is difficult. It's discouraging. It's frustrating.

So in a way, the failures can push you closer to success by making you "sick and tired of being sick and tired".  If you didn't have frustrations and struggles, you would see no need to make a lifestyle change.  

Here, we can vent and try to work our way through it all.
